IgG antibody class are the most abundant immunoglobulins isotype in blood, lymph fluid, cerebrospinal fluid and peritoneal fluid. IgGs include four subclasses (IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4). The IgG subclasses differ in their physical and chemical properties. Their distribution pattern is found to be age dependent and every subclass has a specific biological function.
