Chromagen: TMB. Detection Range: 16 units/mL - 0.25 units/mL (100 units is approximately 0.1 µg IgG Ab/ml). Working Time: 4.25 hours. Ideal for quantifying immune response to bovine type II collagen used to immunize mice in the Collagen Induced Arthritis (CIA) model.
