The Caprico Mouse IgG1 kappa PE is a monoclonal antibody conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE). It is clone MOPC-21 and isotype mouse IgG1 kappa. This antibody is suitable for use as an isotype control in flow cytometry applications with mouse IgG1 antibodies. The immunogen is mineral oil. This antibody recognizes no known antigen and binds nonspecifically. It has been tested for use in flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA. The antibody is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. Each test contains 100 μL of antibody. The antibody should be stored at 4°C protected from prolonged exposure to light.
