The monoclonal mouse IgG1 K immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype control. Applications Reported: Biotin Mouse IgG1 K Isotype Control has been reported for use in immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometric analysis. Applications Tested: This Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral leukocytes. It should be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered.
