The Instech C10SS-MTV2027P is a 29-gauge (29ga) stainless steel tail vein cannula designed for manual dosing or sampling in restrained mice. This model features a sharp needle tip for direct vessel access and an 11.8 in (30 cm) segment of PE-10 extension tubing. To facilitate a low-dead-volume closed system, it includes an integrated PinPort™ and an injector for aseptic access. Because it uses a sharp stainless steel needle, it is intended for immediate experimental use rather than long-term implantation. Each unit is individually packaged and EtO sterilized to maintain surgical-grade standards for laboratory research.
