Mouse TROY quantitates mouse TROY in serum, plasma, supernatant. The assay will exclusively recognize both natural and recombinant mouse TROY.

TROY can mediate activation of c-Jun and NF-kappa-B. May promote caspase-independent cell death. Isoform 2 and isoform 3 may act as decoy receptors.
