TeenPrep™ Lysing Matrix B, 15 mL Tubes contains 0.1 mm silica spheres and is used to lyse bacteria and spores.

Lsying Matrix B, 15 mL can be used with FastPrep instruments or similar bead beater. The grinding matrix is chemically inert and will not bind nucleic acids. Can also be used as an additive for disruption by sonication.
