Sodium Iodide (NaI) Solution dissolves agarose gels and helps in binding the DNA to the Glassmilk™ binding matrix.

  • Less than 15% DNA 1 kb and above is left unbound in NaI.
  • NaI (Sodium Iodide) is supplied with GeneClean™ kits and helps in binding the DNA to the GLASSMILK binding matrix.
  • Melts 0.1 g gel slice in 5 minutes at 55°C.
