Description

Component of FastDNA™ SPIN Kit for Soil

PPS is a lysis solution component included in the FastDNA and the FastDNA Spin Kits. Used as a stabilization agent during sample lysis of primarily plant tissue, but can also be used for other sample types that are high in inhibitory compounds. PPS is a protein precipitation solution used in conjunction with a the CLS-VF lysing buffer for homogenization of plant tissue for the subsequent extraction and purification of nucliec acids.
