Description

RNAPro Solution is a proprietary lysis buffer included with all of the FastRNA Pro purification kits. It can be used with the kits or with any other purification protocol as the primary lysis buffer to isolate total RNA from any type of plant or animal tissue, cultured cells, microbes, or soil and environmental samples.

  • Extracted RNA is suitable for RT-PCR analysis and other downstream applications
  • Using the FastPrep-24™ or FastPrep™ FP120 Instrument, samples can be homogenized by using MP Lysing Matrix tubes
  • Use with FastPrep-24 or FastPrep-96 (with ConeFlex Legacy Adapter), or with optional CoolPrep Adapter kits to lyse, grind or homogenize samples, for the extraction and purification of RNA
