These azido groups are capable of reacting with linear alkyne, catalyzed by copper ions through click chemistry, or spontaneously with strain-promoted cyclooctyne (e.g., DBCO) without a catalyst. They are suitable for biomolecule separation, imaging, and diagnostic applications.
- 2 to 5 mg/mL suspension in aqueous solution; other concentrations available upon request.
- Brownish or dark brown solution.
- Reactive group: Azide (–N3).
- Reactive toward: alkyne.
- Store at 4°C. Do not freeze.
