For extraction of genomic DNA from Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria

MPure Bacterial DNA Extraction Kit contains everything needed for sample preparation. However, for tough samples such as Gram-positive bacteria or spores, soil or feces, sample preparation using FastPrep™ Instruments and Lysing Matrix Tubes can increase yields as well as shorten processing time.
