Mouse tPA Recombinant Non-Enzymatic Non-Cleavable 1mg - Mouse tPA Recombinant Non-Enzymatic Non-Cleavable is recombinantly produced in insect cells and purified using affinity chromatography. This is a frozen liquid buffered in 0.4M HEPES; 0.1M NaCl; pH 7.4 and a purity of >95%. This product is useful as a positive control for ELISA and western blot and for a variety of in vitro applications including cell differentiation, cell signaling, clotting assays, fibrinolysis, plasminogen activation, protein-protein interactions, receptor binding, thromboelastography, and thrombolysis. Mouse tPA with a double mutation that is permanently single chain and lacks catalytic activity. The non-catalytic mutation site is S481A on the mature protein and S510A on the complete mRNA sequence (UniProtKB locus TPA_MOUSE, accession P11214). The non-cleavable mutation site is 279E on the mature protein and R308E on the complete mRNA sequence (UniProtKB locus TPA_MOUSE, accession P11214).
