Mouse Total Alpha 2 Antiplasmin (A2Ap) ELISA Kit - This mouse Alpha 2-antiplasmin assay is for the quantitative determination of total Alpha2-antiplasmin in mouse plasma. For research use only. Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests. Total mouse Alpha2-antiplasmin will bind to the affinity purified capture antibody coated on the microtiter plate. Complexed and free Alpha2-antiplasmin will react with the antibody on the plate. After appropriate washing steps, biotin labeled polyclonal anti-mouse Alpha2-antiplasmin primary antibody binds to the captured protein. Excess antibody is washed away and bound antibody is reacted with streptavidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. Following an additional washing step, TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm. A standard calibration curve is prepared along with the samples to be measured using dilutions of mouse Alpha2 antiplasmin. Color development is proportional to the concentration of 2-antiplasmin in the samples.
