Mouse Total Factor II (Prothrombin) ELISA Kit - This kit is for the quantitative determination of total prothrombin in mouse plasma, serum, tissue extracts, and cell culture media. Thrombin and thrombin-antithrombin complex will be detected. Mouse Factor II (Prothrombin) ELISA Kit that is specific for prothrombin and will not detect thrombin or TAT complex. For RUO.
