Mouse Von Willebrand Factor ELISA Kit - This kit from Innovative Research is intended for the quantitative determination of Mouse Von Willebrand Factor in biofluid samples, such as plasma. This is a competitive inhibition ELISA in strip well format with reagents for up to 96 tests. vWF present in samples reacts with an anti-Mouse vWF monoclonal capture antibody or antigen coated and dried on a microtiter plate. Following this, vWF conjugated to biotin competes with the antigen in the sample to bind the capture antibody or antigen. Unbound conjugate and sample antigen is washed away and bound conjugate is then reacted with avidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm. Color development is inverse proportional to the concentration of active vWF in the samples. A standard calibration curve is prepared along with the samples to be measured using dilutions of Mouse vWF. For research use only. Strip well format.
