Fully automatable PCR product purification

  • Nonsterile, clear polystyrene 96- and 384-well plates
  • Size-exclusion proprietary membranes retain DNA products at the surface
  • Complete in 10 to 12 minutes vacuum-based protocols without centrifugation, binding, or eluting
  • Suitable with 96- or 384-tip liquid handlers capable of pipetting ≤25μL/sec. or with plate shakers that have a 0.12 in. orbit at 1100rpm Working well volume, 10 to 300μL; nonrecoverable volume, <2μL
  • High-throughput format meets SBS (Society of Biomolecular Screening) standard
  • High-purity PCR product is ready for microarray spotting, sequencing, and cloning
