Murine MIP-3α (CCL20) is a cytokine protein involved in the formation and function of mucosal lymphoid tissues via chemoattraction of lymphocytes and dendritic cells towards the epithelial cells surrounding these tissues. CCL20 carries out its effects on its target cells by binding and acting as an agonist for the chemokine receptor, CCR6. Provided as 5 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer. These highly purified, pre-validated control ligands have been used to qualify our InCELL Hunter, PathHunter and cAMP Hunter cell lines as well as our Assay Ready Kits.
