Mycoplasma Agar, 20mL (5 Day QC), 10/Pk is a specialized culture medium designed for the isolation, cultivation, and detection of Mycoplasma species, including Mycoplasma pneumoniae and other cell wall–deficient organisms. The enriched formulation supports the growth of these fastidious microorganisms, which are often difficult to detect using conventional bacterial media. Each plate contains 20mL of sterile agar in a standard 100 x 15mm Petri dish, providing consistent surface area and media depth for colony development. The product undergoes a 5 day quality control incubation to verify sterility and performance before release.
