MKI-1 is a small-molecule research inhibitor of MASTL (microtubule-associated serine/threonine kinase-like) that inhibits MASTL with an IC50 of 9.9 μM. It has demonstrated antitumor and radiosensitizing activity in breast cancer models through activation of PP2A and reduces c-Myc stability in cellular assays. Supplied as an off-white to light yellow solid with reported purity of ~98% and high DMSO solubility.
- Inhibits MASTL with IC50 of 9.9 μM.
- Demonstrates antitumor and radiosensitizer activity via PP2A activation.
- Active in breast cancer cell assays at low micromolar concentrations.
- Reduces c-Myc phosphorylation and stability in cells.
- Off-white to light yellow solid with high reported purity (~98%).
- Soluble in DMSO at high concentration (about 250 mg/mL).
- Intended for in vitro research use only.
