MCE PBS Powder (2 L of 1x) consists of NaCl, KCl, and Phosphate, and is widely used in immunoassay, microbiology, and protein experiments. The PBS buffer prepared from this product can be directly used for cell culture and other related experiments after being sterilized by 0.22 μm filtration. Each pouch can be diluted to 2 L of 1x PBS buffer, resulting in a concentration of 137 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, and 10 mM Phosphate. This product offers a convenient method for making PBS buffer, eliminating the need to weigh and mix individual components.
