- One (1) scheduled Preventative Maintenance service at our Depot Repair Facility per contract year.
- Note – If no repair has occurred during the contract period the Customer must contact the Thermo Scientific NanoDrop Tech Support Team at 1-877-724-7690, option #4 or email at nanodrop@thermofisher.com to initiate the PM entitlement.
- Unlimited repair return service at our Depot Repair Facility, including all parts, labor and shipping costs associated with the service.
- Priority overnight shipping (Domestic) and Priority International shipping (Canada) to and from our Depot Repair Facility.
- 10% Loyalty discount on Parts, Accessories or Consumables for end user during active contract. Contact our parts group at Unity Priority line 1-877-594-3224 and mention the Loyalty PACs program.
Base Coverage Exclusions:
- Consumables such as cuvettes, pipettes, flash drives, printer paper
- Computers purchased with an instrument are serviced by the computer vendor
