Description

Designed to evaluate the performance of nucleic acid tests for determination of the presence of bacterial, fungal, and nucleic acids.

NATtrol™ Respiratory Verification Panel 2 (qualitative) is formulated with purified, intact bacterial/fungal cells and viral particles that have been chemically modified to render them non-infectious and refrigerator stable. NATRVP2-QIA contains 20 x 0.25 mL vials of bacterial, fungal, or viral NATtrol™ and 1 x 0.25 mL vial of negative (matrix only). The panel members are supplied in a proprietary matrix.

INTENDED USE:

  • NATtrol™ Respiratory Verification Panel 2 is designed to evaluate the performance of nucleic acid tests for determination of the presence of bacterial, fungal, and nucleic acids.
  • NATRVP2- QIA can also be used for validation of clinical assays, development of diagnostic tests and training of laboratory personnel.
