New England Biolabs provides 10X NEBuffer with each restriction endonuclease to assure optimal (100%) activity. Set contains two 1.25ml vials of each unique NEBuffer for the enzymes EcoRI and DpnII. Most of our enzymes are supplied with one of four standard NEBuffers.
