Easily scale up your cell culture production with Nest Biofactories. They are an efficient alternative to using large numbers of TC flasks, dishes, roller bottles etc.. Each chamber provides an average cell yield of 6.36 × 10⁷ and offers 639 cm² of growth surface. The stack design includes two 26 mm diameter filling ports per chamber that allow direct access to the chamber base, offering flexible options for sterile media handlinng. Surfaces are plasma etched (TC treated) to support adherent cell lines. Flask layers are ultrasonically welded together with no adhesives that may leach. Molded in an ISO 7 cleanroom, sterile (SAL 1 X 10^-6) and lot tested free of DNase, RNAase, DNA, cytoxins/endotoxins and BSE/TSE. Extensively tested for leachables/extractables per ISO 10993. cGMP compliant (21 CFR part 820/821). Extensive validation dossier available upon request.
