The Molecular Devices Neurotransmitter Transporter Uptake Assay Kit is a homogeneous, fluorescence-based live-cell assay for measuring uptake activity of serotonin (SERT), norepinephrine (NET), and dopamine (DAT) transporters. The kit uses a fluorescent substrate and masking dye to enable no-wash, mix-and-read endpoint or kinetic measurements on bottom-read microplate readers.
