The Ultra II DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina meets the challenge of constructing high quality libraries from ever-decreasing input quantities. This new generation of NEBNext reagents uses a fast, streamlined, automatable workflow and enables use of fewer PCR cycles while also improving GC coverage.
