Rapid lateral flow test for detection of CTX-M enzymes (groups 1, 2, 8, 9, and 25) from pure colonies of Enterobacterales suspected of ESBL production.

5 Simple Steps:

  1. Add 5 drops of extraction buffer
  2. Collect sample
  3. Inoculate sample into buffer and mix until homogenous

  5. Dispense sample into the sample well
