Nickel Sampler Cone with Copper Core (3600812), standard sampler cone for Thermo Q/RQ/TQ ICP-MS. Optional sampler cone with more efficient heat transfer for Thermo X Series ICP-MS. Suitable for most common applications (e.g., routine aqueous environmental samples, <5% acid matrix, non-HF, non-organic). Use a new Graphite Sampler Cone Gasket (TG5001) each time the cone is re-installed, even if it¿s the same cone. Use 10x Magnifier Inspection Tool with Built-In LED Illumination (NC2042261) to inspect cone orifice condition. When not in use, keep cones stored in original packaging for protection.As acid concentrations begin to exceed 5%, and for samples containing hydrofluoric acid (HF), we recommend platinum cones.
