Quantum yield is ∼4X of common Hipco single walled carbon nanotubes.For in vivo imaging (e.g., vessels), inject ∼100-150 mug in ∼200 muL solution for a typical nude mouse but the dose can be varied.Circulation half time of the dye is about 1 hour.
