Norleual TFA is an angiotensin (Ang) IV analog and a hepatocyte growth factor (HGF)/c-Met inhibitor with an IC50 of 3 pM. It acts as an AT4 receptor antagonist and demonstrates potent antiangiogenic activities. It significantly reduces HGF-dependent c-Met and Gab1 phosphorylation and attenuates HGF-dependent c-Met activation and downstream signaling. In vivo, Norleual TFA suppresses pulmonary colonization by B16-F10 murine melanoma cells.
