Bone marrow aspirate is collected in 78 IU/mL (nominal) porcine heparin anti- coagulant and filled to deliver 10-100mL, depending on the volume ordered. Total nucleated cells (TNC) in our whole bone marrow products are composed of, on average, 70% granulocytes, 9% T cells, 3% B cells, 5% monocytes, and 0.8% CD34+ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs). Actual TNC concentration and cell type percentages vary from collection to collection.
