Nova-Cot, Natural Cotton Cleanroom Wipes are environmentally friendly cotton cleanroom wipes.

  • Woven from the highest grade cotton into a 2 x 1 twill construction
  • Bleached, singed, and mercerized to remove virtually all impurities that are required to meet critical federal government and major semiconductor manufacturer specifications
  • Contains no contaminating additives and is virtually chemically pure
  • Bias cut, and therefore very low in particulates and stray fibers
  • Virgin cotton is naturally absorbent, non-abrasive, biodegradable, can withstand high-temperatures and is low in static
  • Manufactured from 100% cotton material providing a tough, absorbent and abrasion resistant product
  • Production process guarantees extremely low particle generation and chemical extractables
  • Compatible with virtually any solvent or solution for cleaning and wiping
  • Material is naturally low in static and biodegradable
  • Custom products available upon request
