This product is a set of 4 solutions of ATP, UTP, GTP and CTP (in 4 tubes) and can be used for a variety of related applications in molecular biology, such as in vitro transcription, RNA amplification, siRNA synthesis, etc. It can also be used as a reaction substrate or coenzyme for a variety of enzymes. This product is a colourless and transparent aqueous solution prepared from trisodium salts of ATP, UTP, GTP and CTP with a purity of greater than or equal to 99%. It has a pH (25 °C) value of 7.0 ± 0.1, a concentration value of 100 mM and is free from DNase and RNase contamination.Other sizes are also available. Please inqury us for quote.
