Description
Experience the best features of the Thermo Scientific™ storage tube portfolio: universal cap, universal latch rack and free-standing tube. This versatile, 2 mL internally threaded tube is ideal both for a large storage system like a biobank, and in smaller scale for traditional cryostorage. Sample identity is ensured due to a permanently attached 2D barcode on each tube and permanent laser etching of the rack. Now available in a barcoded rack to allow tracking of the rack in addition to individual tubes.

- 2D barcode readers instantly scans each tube's 2D barcode, registering the tube in any application or database, or integrates via several export options

Stringent Quality Control
- Every 2D barcoded storage tube is scanned to ensure readability
- Barcodes are checked against database of previously-assigned codes to prevent duplicates
- Every tube has a Sterility Assurance Level of 106 and is made with class VI medical grade resins
