The Oasis MCX (Mixed-Mode Cation eXchange) Sorbent is a water-wettable polymeric sorbent stable from pH 0–14. It is designed for selective retention of basic drugs using cation-exchange groups. This mixed-mode solid-phase extraction sorbent provides dual retention, leading to high specificity, increased sensitivity, and cleaner extracts by reducing matrix effects. Effective for enriching analytes, it's recommended for weak bases with a pKa between 2 and 10.
