Odyssey Transfer Buffer Powder is formulated for transferring Odyssey Mini Gels and similar bis-tris gels to membranes following PAGE and SDS-PAGE. Each box includes 10 individual packs of powder. Reconstitute each pack with 900 ml deionized water, then add 100mL of either methanol or ethanol to make 1X transfer buffer. Do not use acid or base to adjust the pH.
