Improves insulin sensitivity in obese mice. Dual substrate-inhibitor of catechol-O-methyltransferase. Inhibits the catalytic activities of nicotinamide N-methyltransferase, ATP-citrate lyase, lysine-specific demethylase 6A and N-methyltransferase 4.
