Supplier: Eurofins Discoverx 921040

Oleoylethanolamine (OEA) is a naturally occurring ethanolamide lipid and a nuclear receptor peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-α (PPAR-α) agonist. It is produced in the small intestine and inhibits food intake via PPAR-α activation. OEA also activates GPR119, a bioactive lipid with hypophagic and anti-obesity effects. Provided as 5 mg of dry powder. These highly purified, pre-validated control ligands have been used to qualify our InCELL Hunter, PathHunter and cAMP Hunter cell lines as well as our Assay Ready Kits. Ligands are conveniently supplied with a recommended reconstitution buffer. For detailed information and product-specific datasheet, visit www.discoverx.com/ligands.
