Convert Depot factory warranty to onsite service support with Unity™ Lab Services.

• The GENESYS Series ships with a two year return to depot warranty. Use this plan to upgrade and extend your warranty coverage to include on-site service.
• Features:
  • Unlimited on-site repair service
  • Repair with factory certified parts
  • All engineer labor and travel charges
• Exclusions:
  • Does not include preventative maintenance service
  • Does not include installation or qualification service
  • Non exhaustive exclusion list outside of onsite service:Consumable items such as buy-in parts, diskettes, printer paper, cuvettes, UV and Visible lamps (may be covered under separate warranty, sample compartment accessories (i.e. Smart Accessories and pump tubing), engineering specials, external cables, gaskets, grease, ink, o-rings, ribbons, temperature controllers, paper. Also excludes components that cannot be repaired or replaced due to lack of availability from Thermo Scientific supplier (obsolescence). Complete system replacement is not covered under this plan.
