EZBio Media Bottle Assembly with Molded Silicone Cap Adapter is a ready-to-use, single-use closed system designed for aseptic fluid transfer, eliminating in-house assembly and validation to save time and reduce risk. It removes the need to source or qualify individual components.
Available in PETG or polycarbonate (PC) square bottles (60 mL to 2 L), each assembly includes a preassembled VersaCap with molded silicone adapter, 1/8” tubing, male and female connectors, dip tube, 0.22 µm vent filter, and pinch clamp.
The one-piece design minimizes leaks, contamination, and product loss. Sterile, gamma-irradiated, and individually packaged, these bioprocess containers (BPC) offer a cost-effective alternative to stainless-steel systems requiring cleaning and validation.
