The EZBiopure TR Transfer Cap Assembly with Molded Silicone Cap Adapter is a ready-to-use, single-use bioprocess container (BPC) Cap assembly for aseptic transfer system that eliminates in-house assembly and validation, saving time and reducing risk. It removes the need to source or qualify individual components.
Available for wide mouth round bottles (125mL to 1L) in PETG or Polysulfone (PS) each assembly features a preassembled VersaCap with molded silicone adapter, 1/8” tubing, connectors, dip tube, 0.22 µm vent filter, transfer cap, and pinch clamp.
The one-piece design minimizes leaks, contamination, and product loss. Sterile, gamma-irradiated, and individually packaged, it provides a cost-effective alternative to stainless-steel systems requiring cleaning and validation.
