It contains AA Leu 29 - Ala 216 (Accession # NP_003318).;This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 46.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 65 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.;Immobilized Human OX40 Ligand, His Tag (Cat. No. OXL-H52Q8) at 5 μg/mL (100 μl/well) can bind Human OX40, Fc Tag (Cat. No. OX0-H5255 ) with a linear range of 0.2-5 ng/mL (QC tested).;FACS assay shows that recombinant Human OX40, Fc Tag (Cat. No. OX0-H5255) can bind to 293T cell overexpressing human OX40L. The concentration of OX40 used is 0.03 μg/ml (Routinely tested).
