It acts as an agonist at estrogen receptor α (ERα) and ERβ, increasing DNA damage, apoptosis, and necrosis in peripheral blood. It also stimulates cell proliferation in SKBR3 cells, activates the AP-1 transcription factor, and decreases sleep times of barbiturates and steroids in rats. This product is for research use only.
