Pancreatic polypeptide is a 95 amino acid polypeptide secreted by the pancreas that is cleaved into a 36 amino acid active hormone that regulates pancreatic secretion, and an icosapeptide of unknown function. It is an endogenous agonist of the NPY Y4 receptor PPYR1 (Ki=0.056 nM), and may play an important part in gastrointestinal function. Provided as 500 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer.
