The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich ELISA to assay PAP levels. It has a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL PAP. The sensitivity of this assay is <0.094 ng/mL. The assay takes around 2 hours to complete. This product can detect PAP in multiple sample types.
