The Human PAPPA2 ELISA Kit quantifies PAPPA2 in various biological fluids using a specific antibody-coated 96-well plate. Samples and standards are added to wells, binding PAPPA2 to the immobilized antibody. After washing, a biotinylated anti-PAPPA2 antibody and HRP-conjugated streptavidin are applied. TMB substrate is added, producing a color change proportional to PAPPA2 levels, measured at 450 nm.
