Protein. Human PARG is fused to a His-tag. Source Sf21 cells. Liquid. In 50mM TRIS-HCl, pH 7.5, containing 100mM sodium chloride, 0.2% NP-40, 50mM imidazole and 10% glycerol. Purity >95% SDS-PAGE. PolyADP-ribose synthesized after DNA damage is only present transiently and is rapidly degraded by polyADP-ribose glycohydrolase. PARG hydrolyzes polyADP-ribose at glycosidic 1-2 linkage of ribose-ribose bond to produce free ADP-ribose.
