The Passage Reagent System (PRS) consists of a matched set of reagents optimized for releasing cells from culture for subculture or freezing, plus Attachment Factor (4x100mL). This PRS includes PRG-1 (EDTA-dPBS Solution), PRG-2 (Trypsin/EDTA-dPBS Solution), PRG-3 (Trypsin Inhibitor-dPBS Solution) and Attachment Factor. The PRS consists of PRG-1 (EDTA-dPBS Solution), PRG-2 (Trypsin/EDTA-dPBS Solution) and PRG-3 (Trypsin Inhibitor-dPBS Solution). The EDTA in PRG-1 loosens cell attachment gently from culture surfaces. Trypsin concentration in PRG-2 is optimized to detach loosened cells while minimizing adverse effects on cell viability and surface markers.
