The PathScan™ Total β-Actin Sandwich ELISA Kit is a solid phase sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed to detect endogenous levels of β-actin. This kit employs a β-actin rabbit antibody coated onto microwells to capture the protein, followed by detection using a β-actin mouse monoclonal antibody and an anti-mouse IgG, HRP-linked secondary antibody. Colorimetric development using TMB substrate allows for quantitative determination of β-actin levels through absorbance measurement at 450 nm.
